Kim? Laikmetīgās mākslas centrs  ar prieku ziņo: Rīgā notiks jauna laikmetīgās mākslas mese Riga Contemporary, kas no 10. līdz 13. jūlijam norisināsies Hanzas peronā, Rīgā.

Mese pulcēs vairāk kā 35 galerijas no Baltijas, Ziemeļvalstīm, Rietumeiropas, Japānas, ASV un citām pasaules valstīm, izstādot vietējo un starptautisko mākslinieku darbus, īpaši akcentējot Rīgas, Baltijas un Skandināvijas mākslas institūcijas un piedāvājot apmeklētājiem vienuviet iepazīt dažādu valstu mākslas ainas un atklāt daudzveidīgu laikmetīgās mākslas piedāvājumu. Kaut arī mākslas meses paredz mākslas darbu iegādi, Riga Contemporary vienlaikus būs apskatāma kā apjomīga mākslas izstāde, kas pieejama ikvienam interesentam bez maksas.  Riga Contemporary pasākuma laikā norisināsies arī izvērsta sarunu un performanču programma, kurā piedalīsies mākslinieki, starptautisku mākslas galeriju pārstāvji, mākslas konsultanti, kolekcionāri no Baltijas valstīm un citi radošo nozaru pārstāvji. 

Riga Contemporary mākslas mese ir tapusi ar Rīgas domes atbalstu un tās organizators ir Kim? Laikmetīgās mākslas centrs, kas ir NADA (Jauno mākslas dīleru asociācija) mākslas institūciju tīkla biedrs.

Kim? is excited to announce the inaugural Riga Contemporary art fair, set to take place at Hanzas Perons in Riga, Latvia, from July 10 to 13, 2025.

Bringing together more than 35 galleries from across the Baltics, Nordic countries, the U.S., Japan, and beyond, the fair will spotlight both emerging and established voices shaping contemporary art today and provide a fresh perspective on the regional art scene while fostering dialogue with the broader international art community. While art fairs are traditionally centered on art sales, Riga Contemporary will also present itself as  large-scale exhibition, offering free access to all visitors. Alongside the fair, a public program of talks and performances will bring together artists, galleries, art advisors, collectors, and other creative minds.

Riga Contemporary art fair is created with the support of the Riga City Council, and it is organized by Kim? Contemporary Art Centre, which is a member of the NADA (New Art Dealers Alliance) art institutions network.
