Izstādei “Neredzamās skaņas, iedomātās ainas” MAREUNROL’S ir radījuši vizuāli skulpturālu objektu un skaņas instalāciju, kas tēlainā veidā koķetē ar šī brīža mediju radītās realitātes smagnējumu un sadrumstalotību, vienlaikus parādot, cik cieši saistītas ir mūsu uztvertās lietas. Izstāde aicina apzināties pašu jēdzienu medijs, izstādes centrā novietojot preses konferences pulti, kas metaforiski simbolizē mūslaiku baznīcas kanceli. Izstāde ir kā tēlaina preses konference pārdabiskajam, kuras laikā tiek uzdoti neskaitāmi jautājumi par to, kādēļ pasaulē ir tik daudz neskaidrā, nepatiesības, netaisnības, necilvēcības. Jautājumu ir ļoti daudz, tikmēr konferences norisei ir atvēlētas vien dažas minūtes.

We are truly honored to welcome you to the opening of MAREUNROL’S solo exhibition INVISIBLE SOUNDS, IMAGINARY SCENES, at Galerija ASNI on Thursday, June 5, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
For the exhibition “Invisible Sounds, Imaginary Scenes”, MAREUNROL'S has created a visually sculptural object and sound installation that imaginatively flirts with the grittiness and fragmentation of the current media-created reality, while showing how closely connected our perceptions of things are. The exhibition invites us to be aware of the very notion of media by placing a press conference console at the centre of the exhibition, metaphorically symbolizing the pulpit of the contemporary church. The exhibition is a figurative press conference for the supernatural, during which countless questions are asked about why there is so much confusion, untruth, injustice and inhumanity in the world. There are many questions, but the conference is only a few minutes long.
The opening will feature a bar by K. K. fon Stricka villa.
The exhibition will be on view until June 14.
