📅 Important Dates:
- May 5, 2025 – Registration and submission of abstracts
- June 16, 2025 – Acceptance notification for authors
- August 11, 2025 – Late registrations (includes participation in the conference without a presentation)
📋 Presentation Formats:
- Oral Presentations – Keynote speakers (40 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A) and regular presentations (15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A)
- Flash Poster Presentations – Posters displayed on the conference website and a brief (5-minute) oral presentation during the poster session
📚 Conference Proceedings:
All accepted abstracts will be compiled in an Abstract e-book and published on the conference website. Full papers will be published in the Rural Sustainability Research journal, issued by Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, and cited in SCOPUS.

📋 Prezentāciju veidi:
- Mutiskās prezentācijas – uzaicināto lektoru ziņojumi (40 minūtes + 5 minūtes jautājumi un atbildes) un mutiskie ziņojumi (15 minūtes + 5 minūtes jautājumi un atbildes)
- Zib-ziņojumi (flash presentations) – plakāti tiks demonstrēti konferences tīmekļa vietnē un īss (5 minūšu) mutisks ziņojums sniegts plakātu sesijas laikā
📚 Konferences publikācijas:
Visi akceptētie kopsavilkumi tiks apkopoti Kopsavilkumu e-grāmatā un publicēti konferences tīmekļa vietnē. Pilnie raksti tiks publicēti Latvijas Biozinātņu un tehnoloģiju universitātes izdotajā žurnālā “Rural Sustainability Research” un citēti SCOPUS datubāzē.
