Financial conditions
40 EUR per team member.
Team members
The following are not allowed to play in a team:
• TOP50 places in the National (EST) overall Padel ranking (men)
• TOP60 from the Estonian overall tennis ranking (men)
• Padel and tennis coaches
• Participants of Pro/A level padel tournaments for men organized in Estonia
• Youth/junior national team members of the EST�For players playing in Latvia and abroad, the organizer has the right to unilaterally determine PRO/AM category eligibility. From the quarterfinals onwards, the organizer provides team uniforms to participants.
Competition format
The format depends on the number of registered teams.
The competition is played until 2 losses. At the organizer’s discretion, matches for every position may also be played.
The tournament is held according to International Padel Federation (FIP) rules.
Matches are played best of 2 sets up to 6 games per set, with a tiebreak to 7 points at 6/6. The third set is played as a tiebreak to 10 points. At “deuce,” a hybrid model is used: the first “deuce” is played with “advantage”/“disadvantage,” the second deuce as a deciding point. Receivers select service side.
The final is played best of 2 sets up to 6 games per set, with a tiebreak to 7 points at 6/6.
New Babolat balls are used for each main draw round. Used balls may be used in the consolation tournament.
Prizes
The total prize money for the tournament is 600 EUR, supplemented with valuable prizes from our supporters Gillette, Cido, OldSpice, mybeachstore.lv, ELKO, REKULV, WeBuild, WeCreate advertisement, Retina, making the total prize fund more than 1300 EUR.
The event will be photographed and filmed. The organizer reserves the right to use the materials for marketing purposes.�Info:
