Yoga for Pelvic Health

This event has sold out.

Join us for an evening of pelvic health education, breath work and
yoga followed by refreshments! Presented by Dr. Witzeman, MD, FACOG and pelvic rehab providers from the Western Slope Pelvic Health Alliance.

Yoga modifications and accessible
options will be available.

What to bring:

- Yoga mat or towel
- Wear loose-fitting clothing
- Water bottle if needed

*Seating limited to the first 30 participants
