About the event

Watershed Explorers: A Field Trip into Our Water World
Your Silt Branch Library is teaming up with the Middle Colorado Watershed Council to present an educational field trip for adults that will introduce the concept of watersheds, how they function, and why they matter - especially in our region. We’ll meet at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13, and the event will take place at River Stop (200 Lion’s Park Circle in Rifle), with a field portion around Lion’s Pond. Please be sure to wear shoes suitable for walking. It’s free and open to all. RSVP by emailing c2hhcmxhbiB8IGdjcGxkICEgb3Jn, visiting the Silt Branch Library or by calling 970-876-5500.
