Let go of your burdens and go deep within yourself. Suitable for adults and youth (12 to 18 years). Join Elisabeth or a qualified sub for a gentle one-hour class catered to the least advanced person in the room with variations offered for more advanced yogis and yoginis who want to release tension, dive deeper into seated breathwork and meditation. If you want to find community with others who want to focus more on diving deeper into meditation, while still having enough yogic movement and breath work to prepare for meditation . . . then give this one a try. Cost is only $15.
