Welcome to our Card Crop Retreat 2025
We are excited to announce our one day card crop retreat for 2025! It is my passion to offer a fun and creative outlet for crafters to join together and celebrate our love for paper crafting. Whether you scrapbook or make cards, we would love to have you be a part of the fun with us!
Location: Morpeth Community Center, 12579 Talbot Trail, Morpeth, ON N0P 1X0
Date of Event: May 31,2025
Deadline: Reserve your spot with prepayment by March 31, 2025
Time: Doors open at 9:00 am for shopping. Card Crop Event will begin at 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Cost: $100 per person which includes the table fee, snacks, beverages (non-alcoholic only), goodie bag (based on activity selection), door prize entry and supper.
Space: Tables are 8 feet long with 2 people per table. There will be a separate eating area available so your projects don’t get ruined. Only 40 spots available on a first serve basis. A wait list will be created if necessary.

Information required after registration will be emailed to all participants once payment has been received.
Additional Notes:
For lunch there will be some snacks and finger foods available and it is also recommended to bring your own lunch. There is a microwave and fridge on site as well.
Tutorial of 20 projects will be emailed 1 week before the event to all participants. It is recommended to print a copy or have it on your phone to bring with you to the event.
For scrapbookers, instructions are included in your kit for a 6 page layout. \
For anyone choosing to make their own projects, you will receive a gift certificate to shop that day or on my online website.
At any point during the event, if you require cardstock for your projects, please find one of my assistants or myself to assist you.
Paper Buffet is a fun little break that offers brand new individual designer paper packages for $1.50 per sheet. You need to be quick though because it’s first touched is first received. Totals will be calculated after the buffet and payment will be due immediately afterwards.
“Play” means using new and old products such as stamps, dies, embossing folders and machines to create whatever you want to make. Please be considerate that others may be waiting to use these items as well. Some “Play” items will be required for the tutorial projects and it’s important to return the items as soon as you are finished with them.
Cash in person must be delivered to 41 Cardinal Crescent, Chatham, ON N7L 3V4 before the deadline of March 31, 2025. It is requested that you contact Jenn Ford at 519-365-8427 before delivery to make sure someone is home to receive payment. No payments are to be left in the mailbox unless approved by Jenn Ford ahead of time.

9:00 am to 10:00 am - shopping onsite at CK Card Connection table
10:00 am to 12:00 pm - work on own projects or choose from tutorial
12:00 pm to 12:30 pm - Snack foods will be out in Food Room
12:30pm to 2:00pm - work on projects, play or choose from tutorial
2:00pm to 2:30pm - shopping table will be open again
2:30 pm to 3:00 pm - Paper Buffet
3:00 pm to 5:00 pm - work on projects, play or choose from tutorial
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Supper will be available in the Food Room where you can take a break and mingle with others
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Last Chance to shop
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm - finish projects, clean up and return any “PLAY” items to the tables
