Uncork your stress and release tension!
Join us for an enchanting evening of relaxation, mindful movement, and community connection surrounded by the beauty of Columbia Ridge Winery.
We'll begin with a one hour Qigong-Meditation in Motion class, focusing on gentle breathwork, stretching, and flowing movements that help ease tension and restore balance. We will use visualizations such as moving like water and swaying like tree branches in the wind to deepen the connection with nature, our minds, hearts, and body.
Class will conclude with a 10 minute guided Tibetan sound bowl meditation to deepen your sense of calm and leave you feeling oh so good!
After class enjoy a delicious glass of wine of your choice, included with the class and mingle with fellow participants during our social hour while soaking in the peaceful view and atmosphere.
