Seafood and andouille sausage Gumbo

SECOND
Pheasant Confit and Pumpkin homemade ravioli with sage brown butter sauce

THIRD
Frisee, pecorino, bacon bites and poached quail egg with cranberry vinaigrette

FOURTH
Surf & turf of pancetta-crusted veal loin and grilled lobster with pomegranate butter sauce and morel brown sauce reduction

FIFTH
Red velvet mascarpone Buche de Noel and minted whipped cream
