Pier450: A Culinary Journey through South America!

We'll start with a complimentary pre-dinner ceviche with tostones, followed by:

FIRST COURSE
Bolivian saltenas – a special empanada with a touch of sweetness and spice, served with Bolivian salsa

SECOND COURSE
Grilled Argentinian churrasco paired with Peruvian lime shrimp, highlighting a fusion of South American flavors, with patatas bravas from Chile, accompanied by sweet plantains and a cabbage salad

THIRD COURSE
Colombian Hojuelas – sweet and crispy fried dough and homemade mango ice cream
