Explore Your Intuition with Zubin (Adults, Registration Required)

Your intuition is accessible to you. When you are grounded, it is easier to navigate unfamiliar times.

Learn about some simple basic techniques to discover the concept of inner space, expanded awareness, your own connection to the earth and say hello to yourself! Bring your sense of adventure. (This is a guided meditation program, you can attend all three sessions or just one – it’s up to you!)

This FREE activity is open to all adults and seniors. Registration is required as space is limited. You can register on our website, in-person at the Adult Services Desk, or over the phone at (708) 481-5333 x5
