Taking Charge Of Your Health 4-Week Workshop (Registration Required)

Prime-Time Health is a scientifically proven plan that provides a roadmap to better health for both adults and seniors, with a focus on living a longer, healthier life. Learn how your body can Make Your Own Medicine, how to Make Health Your Hobby, Move Waste from your Waist, and Live Without Pain and Inflammation.

This is a 4-week course that meets on Wednesdays October 1st through 22nd (only the first day is listed on Facebook). Materials for the course will be handed out at the first session, so please plan on attending all 4 classes.

This FREE class is open to all Adults. Registration is required and will close September 27th so we can prepare all the supplies. You can register on our website, in-person at the Adult Services Desk, or over the phone at (708) 481-5333 x5
