Yoga on Browns Island Presented by Reign Storm

Become one with nature while you work on your flexibility and core strength. Yoga is for everybody and every body, not just the super flexible. The class led by Align RVA Wellness is a mixed-level flow and great for beginner to advanced practitioners, but we do ask that you have taken at least a class or two before showing up.

Flow like the river! This vinyasa flow practice will link postures through breath and movement and will align the body, mind and spirit, leaving you feeling great. Students are encouraged to participate at the pace and level that is appropriate for them, taking modifications as necessary. This class is for everyone, and is especially useful to those athletes participating in the many challenging Dominion Energy Riverrock events! Please bring your mat, water, and a towel. Sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended as well.

May 13 – May 18: $25

Includes: 1-hour outdoor yoga, a cool event t-shirt, post-practice beer or soda, and a free concert.

Entries are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable, even in the case of an event cancellation and/or if you are unable to participate.
