Yoga at Little Hands
No prior experience needed—just come as you are!
Location: 3707 Saunders Ave. Richmond, VA. 23227, class will be in the Little Hands Virginia Warehouse.
We'll be offering a donation-based calming, all-levels vinyasa yoga class designed to meet you exactly where you are. Guided by Kayla Currie, Little Hands Program Manager and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with experience teaching at 3S Yoga and Padel Plant, this class will offer gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and plenty of options for every body and ability. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, you'll be supported through a flow that builds strength and flexibility at your own pace—with opportunities to rest and modify as needed. We'll close with a restful savasana to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Guests can tour the Little Hands warehouse after the class.
Please bring your own mat.
