Writing prompts are a fun and simple way to inject new ideas into your writing, foster your creativity and just plain have fun. Learn all about prompts - what they are, why they’re so good for us, and how to find our own.

Christina, a member of Da’naxda’xw First Nation, is a freelance writer and editor, former journalist, and the author of Halfway Home: Thoughts from Midlife (House of Anansi Press, 2024) and The List of Last Chances (Caitlin Press, 2021).

She was longlisted for the Leacock Medal, shortlisted for the Fred Kerner book prize, and won the 2023 Canadian Book Club Award in the fiction category.
