Join Sarah for this heartfelt workshop where we’ll activate the Heart Chakra—the energetic center of love, compassion, and emotional healing. Through powerful sound healing and full-body somatic movement, you’ll soften emotional walls, release stuck grief, and reconnect with joy and openness.

In this session, you’ll:

🌀 Explore the Heart Chakra: Learn how this center (middle of the chest) governs relationships, forgiveness, and your ability to give & receive love.

💃 Move with the Heart: Experience somatic dance and breath-led movement that expands the chest, softens the spine, and opens emotional flow.

🎶 Soak in Sound: Drop into crystal bowls tuned to the F note—harmonizing the heart space and soothing the nervous system.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Feel, Release & Reconnect: Let go of emotional weight in a heart-led sound bath, and set intentions for deeper love and connection.

Info: Come in, settle in, and make yourself at home! Bring your yoga mat, pillow, blankets, and anything else to ensure you’re cozy and comfortable. Grab a cup of tea or water, and take a moment to set up your space.

Info: Welcome to the workshop! You’ll receive a workbook to follow along and take notes as we dive into the Heart Chakra. I’ll guide you through its location, themes, and how it connects to the musical note F. Together, we’ll explore how this energy center influences love, connection, and emotional healing.

Info: Let’s set a collective intention for our time together and create harmony within the group. We’ll use chanting and humming "YAM" alongside the crystal singing bowl F to release excess energy from the Heart Chakra. This practice will help us align our vibrations, intentions and prepare for deeper exploration.

Info: Somatic movements are a powerful way to connect with the energy of the Heart Chakra. These intuitive, fluid movements focus on internal awareness, helping you explore and balance self-love, compassion and connective energy. Paired with the soothing sounds of the crystal bowl F note, this practice will leave you feeling grounded, open, and in tune with your body!

Info: The Heart Chakra sound bath. As the soothing vibrations of the crystal singing bowl wash over you, you’ll have the opportunity to mindfully restore and balance your heart energy center. We’ll conclude the sound bath with a gentle chant or hum to "yam" to harmonize your energy, followed by a moment of silence for reflection. You’ll also have time to jot down notes or explore journal prompts to capture your experience.
