Do you really know what ADHD is?

There are so many myths about it being about naughty boys and bad parenting, that we have missed the point that it is a neurodivergent brain condition. We’ve missed the girls and misunderstood the boys.

Lynn will tell you what you need to know about the ADHD brain and how to get the best out of your children and young people with ADHD. There are some effective support and coaching strategies that parents and teachers can use to help their children thrive.

You will learn about:

- Attention and hyperfocus
- Boredom and sensory difference

Once you understand your child, you will be able to make sense of their behaviour and support them to become their best selves.
