Practice is a returning—a steady, wholehearted coming back to ourselves.

Not in pursuit of perfection, but in devotion to presence. It’s the willingness to bring our whole selves into the room, to meet what is known and unknown with patience, curiosity, and the courage to witness what lies beneath the surface.

In this half-day immersion, we come home to the body as our teacher. Through guided movement, we learn to listen more deeply, to choose more freely, and to move toward the liberation that lives just beneath the surface.
