About the event

Paddlesport Safety & Rescue Course

The Paddlesport Safety & Rescue course is designed for all paddlers, irrespective of their chosen craft. Having the objective to introduce, explore and practice simple strategies and safe skills. The aim is to provide the paddlers with the tools to solve common paddling issues.

This course is designed for sheltered waters and small lakes, not moving water.

There are no prerequisites for the course, but to get the most out of it, you should be paddling at Explore Award / old 2 Star level.
