Mother Daughter Yoga

For mothers, daughters, grandmothers, granddaughters...come together for a bit of love, laughter & self-care bonding time with the girls!

To celebrate Mother's Day, we invite you to join us in honoring the amazing women in your life!
We will enjoy outdoor yoga (weather permitting; otherwise, it will be held indoors), partner yoga poses, and create a self-care craft to take home.
A generous friend has offered her property for our event. (The address will be provided to those who register.)

We will have 10-15 yoga mats available, but please bring your own if you have one.
Partner poses will be accessible for all ages and abilities.
The self-care craft will be enjoyable and simple to make, perfect for personal use or as a gift.
