Join us for a creative and colourful journey into the world of emotions in this Inside Out–inspired art workshop series!Over four fun-filled weeks, kids will explore the powerful feelings of Anxiety, Joy, Anger, and Fear — one emotion at a time. Through storytelling, group discussion, and hands-on art-making, participants will learn how emotions feel in the body, why we have them, and how they can help us in everyday life.
Each week includes:
• A gentle, kid-friendly look at one core emotion
• Guided conversation to support emotional awareness
• Creative art activities that help express and understand feelings
• Tools and language to build emotional resilience and confidence
Miss a week? No problem! Week 5 is set aside as a catch-up session so everyone has the chance to complete all activities and explore each emotion fully.
This workshop is designed for kids aged 6 and up, and offers a safe, playful space to explore big feelings — and turn them into powerful artwork they’ll be proud of!
$45 per child per week. Workshop runs for an hour and all equipment provided.
Each participant will receive an art journal they can use and reflect on after the workshops.
