Good Grief Community Workshop

Join us Sunday, August 3rd from 3-6pm at Maven Theory (4028 MacArthur Ave, Richmond, VA) for a unique grief workshop exploring the sound, rhythm, and vibration of mourning. Led by fine artist and massage therapist Emily Vaughan Brown of Land Massage Therapy, and featuring a meditative sound bath with sound healer Maile Paek, this session invites participants to reflect on grief through writing, drawing, and conversation.

Together, we'll explore how sound connects us to memory, presence, and the emotional frequencies of loss—approaching grief as a creative, transformative, and connective experience. No experience necessary; materials provided. Please bring a pillow, notebook, and an open heart.
