Join cheese and wine expert Chef Cynthia B for a live session of French cheeses and foods along with The Factory’s aperitif tasting.

Chef will guide you through a session of France’s cheese and other epicurean delights. We'll sample goat, sheep and cow's milk cheeses in 6 different styles. These will be paired with light, refreshing aperitifs along

with delightful appetizers and snacks.


Chef Cynthia and The Factory have created 6 delicious, palate expanding “boissons” that will refresh your tastebuds while perfectly matching the cheeses and accompaniments.
