FREE Dog-Friendly Community Event

Celebrate Asian Heritage Month with Milk + Honey, a pet-friendly cafe and venue space specializing in delicious Asian inspired treats for pets and humans! This event will support RAPS Animal Shelter through a donation drive with raffle prizes for a free pet teeth cleaning, premium Yelp swag, and more!

REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND:
+ You may only RSVP for yourself.

Who: Yelpers + their pets / Yelpers have to be 19+ with a real profile picture (no sunnies or filters)
What: Delicious treats and beverages for you and your pets, samples from Pet Parlour, a donation drive supporting RAPS Cat Sanctuary & Adoption Centre, and raffle prizes for anyone who donates!

MILK + HONEY SOLUTIONS: Richmond's Milk + Honey features Mother's Kitchen, serving Asian-inspired treats for both dogs and humans, and Father's House, a pet-friendly venue for enjoying cafe bites. They also host events from birthdays to weddings!

PET PARLOUR: A family-run pet grooming, daycare, and boutique shop specializing in Asian style pet grooming. They provide home boarding for pets as well as high-end pet products like leashes, collars, treats, toys, shampoos, food, and accessories.

RAPS Cat Sanctuary & Adoption Centre: RAPS is one of Canada's largest and most innovative animal-serving agency. They are proud to be a no-K*ll organization, which is among the reasons they have built such a strong and devoted community of animal-loving allies.

PAMPERED PETS ULTRASONIC: With years of experience in caring for pets' teeth, their goal is to provide pet owners with the best possible oral hygiene for their pets and to help educate pet owners on proper dental maintenance.

We're excited to have you and your pet join us for this event. Our top priority is to create a safe and fun environment for all attendees. In order to attend this event, you must meet the criteria below.

Any animal that you bring to the event must be (1) your own pet, (2) in good health, (3) up to date on registration, vaccinations and flea/tick medications, (4) wearing a tag that includes your contact information, (5) in your control at all times, and (6) comfortable, friendly and sociable around all other animals and people.
Animals that have exhibited unsafe, violent, aggressive or dangerous behavior around other animals or people are strictly prohibited from attending. This includes behavior such as biting, scratching, growling and/or lunging at others.
You are solely responsible for any loss, damage or injury that is caused by you or any animal you bring to the event.
You will be required to review and sign a waiver and release of liability when you arrive at the event.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM "IN" FOR AN EVENT?
When you RSVP for a Yelp Event, you'll receive an automatic receipt. If you're in, you'll receive a separate confirmation e-mail from the CM at a later time notifying that you're on the official guest list. Auto-generated receipt emails are not confirmation emails. Please make sure your Yelp email settings are turned on so you receive the event details and confirmation.
