"Pastor Adam Durso is a passionate and respected leader whose ministry began in 1996 in Queens, where he launched the Youth Explosion at Saints Church (formerly Christ Tabernacle). That early work with young people sparked a lifelong calling to ministry and leadership development. He later served as President of LEAD.NYC, equipping pastors and Christian leaders across New York City while fostering collaboration and advancing Gospel-centered initiatives.
Today, Pastor Durso serves as President of Leading Leaders Collective, a national initiative that provides a safe space where pastors are empowered, encouraged, and equipped to lead with strength and sustainability. In 2025, LLC is serving over 120 pastors through 3–4 annual retreats focused on rest, connection, and leadership development.
He is also an Associate Pastor at Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn under the leadership of Dr. A.R. Bernard, and the host of the 30 for 30 event series, which bridges the gap between business leaders and ministry to mobilize Kingdom resources and relationships.
In addition to his pastoral and leadership roles, Pastor Adam serves as a board member or strategic partner with numerous organizations including Faithly.co, CarePortal, Roberts Wesleyan University, Cornerstone Church ATX, and others—all aimed at strengthening churches, communities, and next-generation leaders.
Pastor Adam is happily married to his wife Lucy, and they are the proud parents of three children. His mission is clear: "Connecting Kingdom Resources and People to Kingdom Opportunities." He continues to mentor, equip, and inspire leaders with a focus on sustainable, faith-filled transformation."
