Discover SoulCollage®: A Creative Journey of Self-Discovery

Join us for a guided SoulCollage® session—an inspiring and accessible creative practice that combines imagination, intuition, and visual imagery to explore your inner world. No artistic experience is necessary!

What is SoulCollage®?

SoulCollage® is a creative process where you make 5x7" collage cards using images (not words) that speak to you. Each card reflects a part of you and carries its own unique message or wisdom. Over time, these cards become part of a personal deck—a visual journal of your inner landscape.

As founder Seena Frost explains:

“It is a tangible way to know yourself in your diversity and depth, and also to show yourself to others… You can consult your SoulCollage® cards intuitively and discover wisdom within yourself that will amaze you.”

What to Expect

• A gentle centering exercise to start
• Time to create one or two collage cards using provided materials
• An optional sharing circle where you can speak from your card or write poems inspired by it
• A welcoming, supportive atmosphere—whether you choose to share or simply observe

All Materials Provided:

• Scissors and glue
• Pre-cut mat boards (5x7")
• A wide variety of images from magazines
• You're welcome to bring personal photos, greeting cards, postcards, calendars, etc.

About the FacilitatorLilla Ohrstrom, ATR-BC, is a board-certified art therapist, trained SoulCollage® facilitator, and owner of LLC in The Plains, VA. She maintains Studio 124 at Art Works and brings years of experience in creative healing practices.

Please arrive on time. We begin with centering words and instruction that are essential to the experience.
