Blood Drive: All Blood Types Needed

You can help others in your community by volunteering to donate blood. While about 38% of the population is eligible to donate blood, fewer than 5% do. When you donate, you help meet requests for cancer therapies, surgeries, trauma patients, premature babies, or those with anemia.

If you can donate, Versiti Blood Center of Ohio will host a blood drive from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 5, at Reid Health in Lingle Hall. Can’t join us? The next opportunity is Aug. 23 from 9 a.m. to noon.
