This Friday, August 1, 2025, we’ll be hosting an *~Exquisite Evening~* at Oblivion Cinema & Arts. You’ve asked for longer nights, and we’re running a trial—we’ll be keeping the shop and workspace open until 10:00 P.M.! Peruse our wares; browse the studio; and set up in our workspace at this late night gathering.
Reaching beyond our usual artful fares, we’ll be hosting a round of free creative games and activities inspired by Surrealist traditions and techniques. Participation in such activities is not required for joining us in the space, and participation in one activity does not beget expectation of participation in all activities. Beverages (including the alcoholic variety, in alignment with DORA standards), and snacks from Roscoe’s Coffee Bar & Tap Room are welcome!

Exquisite Corpse: 8:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
Automatic Drawing Dwindle: 9:15 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.
*These activities are designed to encourage free-flow formation and creation. We challenge you to let go of expectations and engage in the act of creation (yes, that includes those folks who insist that they can only draw stick-figures [this is the space to explore more!]).*
