Focaccia is a flat leavened Italian flatbread . It's characterized by its dimpled surface achieved by pressing fingertips into the dough after it's been stretched out and coated in olive oil. Focaccia can be topped with various ingredients like herbs vegetables cheese or salt. We will be teaching how to make focaccia with sourdough as the leavening agent.
