1st Course - German Wine Cheese Fondue served with housemade pretzels, bratwursts, and cornichons

2nd Course - Kartoffelpuffer; crispy potato pancake, sour cream, arugula, chive vinaigrette, spiced apples

3rd Course - Sauerbraten, Spatzle, & Braised Red Cabbage

4th Course - Aprikosenkuchen; apricot cake with streusel and almonds
