Every Tuesday from 9AM-10AM,
beginning Tuesday, July 15th.

Here's your second opportunity in the week to enjoy a fun and energizing Vinyasa practice with me, building harmony between breath and movement on your mat. Join me each Tuesday as we welcome in our week with meditative movement that challenges us to align our body and breath, while welcoming in strength-building and physical. emotional. and spiritual balance!

Expect some beginning dharmic reflection and creative transitions within our asana practice each week. It's your opportunity to support a local, community-based space that wants to invite you to build a healthy balance. . . combining mindful movement with healthy and local food options. You can even stay after class to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee at the cafe!
