This sound bath is designed to help you:

✨ Clear stagnant or heavy energy
✨ Improve sleep & emotional balance
✨ Feel lighter in your body and mind
We use crystal singing bowls, drums, and intuitive healing sounds to guide you into deep rest. Before we begin, we offer a moment of reflection or intention-setting—something simple to ground your heart and open your spirit.
Doors open at 6:00 PM
Come early to settle in, sip tea, and connect with community before we begin.
