Join us at Market Vineyards for a cozy, hands-on baking class where you’ll mix and fold your way to perfect bubbly sourdough focaccia—and enjoy wine, flavor, and a taste of Red Mountain history.

• A glass of wine to enjoy during class
• A full bottle of wine to take home
• Your own focaccia dough, made in class and ready to bake at home that night
• A sourdough starter that’s over 20 years old, originally cultivated using grapes from Red Mountain
• A live demo and guided practice of the stretch-and-fold technique
• Instruction on sourdough fermentation, topping ideas, and baking tips
• A printed recipe + home baking guide
• Tastings of freshly baked focaccia and dipping oils during and after class
