Fingerknit & Dye It!

Join us outside on the Collaboratory's patio to learn how to knit using just your fingers. Then we will be using Kool-Aid to dye your creations in a zip lock bag.

We will be using permanent dye so please wear a smock or clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

You can turn a strand (or more) in at the children's desk to mark off your Sweater Weather Badge for the Summer Reading Program at richland.beanstack.org. We will use your strands to decorate the trees around the library this fall.

If the weather is uncooperative, we will still have a finger knitting class inside.
