We’ll begin with gentle yoga to release tension and ground into the body, followed by deep breathwork and a guided meditation to align with Cancer’s nurturing, watery energy. Then relax into a full sound bath experience featuring crystal singing bowl vibrations to help you clear old emotional patterns and recharge your energetic body.
Cancer, ruled by the Moon, asks us to come home to ourselves. This new moon invites reflection, emotional renewal, and intention setting around security, boundaries, self-care, and heart-led goals.
