11 AM Goat Yoga @ Richfield Farmers Market

Platinum Sky Farms joins MKE Yoga Social™ with their dwarf goats to bring you yoga filled with gentle movements and cuddles with adorable little goats.

Each session includes 30 minutes of super chill, sure-to-be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 30 minutes of mingling with the goats.... 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒆'𝒍𝒍 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐-𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒔!

We all know the benefits of yoga - stress reduction, lowered blood pressure, mental focus, to name a few, but why add the goats?
Being around animals has been shown to decrease cortisol levels (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support, and boost your mood.... 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑔𝑜𝑎𝑡𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 𝑑𝑎𝑚𝑛 𝑐𝑢𝑡𝑒!
