I hope you can join us for the next Embodied Arts!

During this creativity workshop, participants will be guided in a seated meditation and a 40+ minute art practice of using full-body movements to make large-scale floor drawings using crayons and roll paper.

This practice is guided through a carefully curated music playlist and vocal cues. At the end of the practice, participants will take a “mindful art walk” to move around the space in a circle and observe the art of fellow practitioners in creative connection. Each participant will have the opportunity to share a reflection on their own and others artwork and take their artwork home.

It's a little wild and a lot of fun!

Suggested donation $20

Wear: black or dark clothing that you do not mind rolling around on the ground in/ possibly getting dirty..

Bring: water and a creative spirit! All materials provided.
