August New Moon Sound Journey

Step into the stillness of the new moon and set powerful intentions for the cycle ahead. This sound journey is designed to quiet the mind, reset the nervous system, and create space for what’s ready to grow.

You’ll be guided through a soothing soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments, all within Shakti’s serene, art-filled space.

Feel free to bring a mat, blanket, water, journal, and any altar items to support your intention-setting practice.
