Intro to Tai Chi Kung-Fu Fan

Come and have a go of learning the Tai Chi Kung-fu Fan form. This form was used in the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony 2012 and has been gaining great popularity since.

It has a mix of slow, graceful Tai Chi and dynamic Kung-fu movements done to invigorating music.
It's a fantastic form for both improving health and foundational skills that are essential for many martial arts.

This session will be an introduction to basic Fan skills and some of the movements within the form (whilst having losts of fun and designed for beginners.

Time will be 9:30-12:30 with the option to go for a drink / food afterwards.

Investment: £40 for Dyserth Tai Chi members. £45 for new friends. This includes all training and a beautiful Chinese Fan to take home and continue your practice. please message to arrange payment- pre booking is essential.
