Did someone say sound bath!? 👀 ✨️

Come join us at The Hilgermann Center community room for a relaxing sound bath!

Michele from Bath and Body Creations will be playing crystal bowls and other beautiful instruments that play a part in the amazing experience she brings!

PLEASE bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and anything that will make you comfortable when you come and lay down.

If you have ever wanted to try a sound bath and need some self-care...now is the time to try it out! 💜

Entry fee of $15 cash at the door.
