Spring Equinox Yin & Sound Evening

Honour the energy of renewal and balance for the spring equinox.

Take the time to explore within as we melt into grounding yin yoga, bathe in calming sound vibrations, and share space with tea, snacks and time for reflection. The sound bath will feature gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, percussion and more.

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow from the studio if required. A selection of teas and snacks provided. Find us in the studio at the back of the car park.
