In this Zouk Lab course, we will cover important technique that will take your dancing to the next level of feeling and flow.
The course will help you master essential techniques for Zouk:
- Grounding and using the floor
- Torsion
- Relaxation vs. toneness
- Elasticity
- Improving comfort in head movements
