Join us every Monday and Tuesday from 17:30 to 18:30 for a gentle, accessible, and deeply nurturing yoga practice. No previous experience needed — just the desire to take care of yourself.

Bring your own mat, a blanket for relaxation… and your intention to be present.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and create a calm, welcoming space.
