During this workshop the body is subjected to intense isolation work and, through experimentation with weight and attention shifts, she observes the threshold of efficiency when moving the body in space. In her technique, the pelvis and the “elastic” spine play a fundamental role as engines of initiation. Viktoria works with precise images and references to help dancers understand the qualities of movement, activating both the creative mind and the physical body. This training also integrates somatic and neurological exercises that enrich the dance experience.
