Family/ inner part constellation is a powerful healing method, a tool to become aware of the dynamic of your issues, how to release them and feel more freedom with our past! We all carry trauma, even from our ancestors.
Find out which dynamic is behind your illness and suffering (depression, stuckness, loneliness, feeling of guilt, shame, anger, sadness etc.)
- How to deal with (and heal) addiction (drugs, food, sex, gaming, medicine), sexual, mental abuse, repeating accidents or other trauma
- How to deal with work and money issues.
- How to deal with conflicts in your work or relationships.
Healing begins when we acknowledge and are aware of situations and feelings, then it comes to the surface and you can finally let go and get free again.
I offer regularly family constellation in confidential groups in Leiðin heim in Reykjavík.
Registration is required- guests/resonance giver for 3.000 kr.
