About the open sessions:
Chill-out holistic yoga sessions will be available on Thursdays at Plóman, Hagamel 67, starting on May 15th and running on Thursdays from 17:30 to 18:30.
Objective? The objective of these sessions is to align the mind, body, and spirit through a gentle and holistic way of practicing yoga.
Yoga Instructor: Vanitha Chandrasegaram has been teaching yoga for the past nine years. She received her yoga teacher training certification from Siddhi Yoga in Rishikesh, India, in 2016.
For whom? This class is especially suitable for individuals experiencing burnout, anxiety, or depression; women experiencing menopausal symptoms; and those looking for a gentle and holistic yoga practice.
What does it include? The sessions include the practice of yoga postures, movements, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation. This class is targeted toward adults, and no previous yoga experience is required.
Pricing: Single session: 3000 kr. One month: 10,000 kr. 10-session pass: 26,000 kr. (valid for 4 months)
