Weekly Soundbath at Balu Yoga & Wellness

Reset your nervous system by stepping into a sanctuary of sound. Through the resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing soundscapes, the body naturally shifts out of stress and into balance – bathing in the frequency of sound to find homeostasis.
Sound is used in therapeutic ways to help you find equilibrien and stabililize the neorpathways of mind and body. Allow the waves of sound to wash over you, releasing stress and restoring harmony within.
No experience is needed—just bring yourself, a mat, and curiousity. You’ll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and deeply nourished.
