YIN YOGA, REIKI & SOUNDBATH

Melt into deep restoration with this unique class that weaves together the gentle medicine of yin yoga, the vibrational healing of sound, and the subtle energy flow of Reiki.
We’ll move slowly through nourishing yin postures to release tension and open the body, supported by props for comfort and ease. As you settle into stillness, a live soundbath of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you—balancing the nervous system and inviting deep calm. Reiki energy will be offered throughout the practice, bringing an added layer of grounding, healing, and renewal.
Throughout the practice, Reiki energy will be offered to individuals and the collective group, activating the body’s natural ability to heal and aligning you with a greater sense of harmony and flow. The combination of these practices invites not just physical rest, but also energetic clearing, emotional release, and a deeper connection to your inner wisdom.
No experience is necessary—simply bring yourself and an openness to receive. This is a time to soften, to be nourished, and to reconnect with your essence.
This practice is designed for all levels and requires no experience. Simply come as you are, rest, and receive.
