Ski tour leadership training day!

Get approved to lead ski touring trips with the ACC Columbia Mountains Section! Spend the day with Ben Wilkey, Ben Clark, and Simon Delisle to review safe ski touring practices and show your leadership skills

Saturday, Jan 3rd - 8am-4pm (+ Friday, Jan 2nd 30-min online meet-up for prep)

Location will be decided closer to the date, depending on conditions.

Prerequisites:
AST 2 or Equivalent Avalanche Training
First Aid Certification
Experience ski touring or split-boarding
Experience managing groups and planning trips
Ability to manage winter backcountry risks
